We offer family activities throughout the year

  • An annual trip to see a Chicago Cubs baseball game
  • Family Fun Night & Pool Party in August
  • Visit from Santa in December
  • Plus many other fun activities

Rules:
You will receive one (1) wooden nickel for each $5.00 deposit into your savings account, with a maximum of 20 wooden nickels per deposit, per day.

You will receive a coin pouch to keep your passbook and wooden nickels together when you become a member.

Deposits must be made by the child in person. The wooden nickels may be used immediately for prizes, or saved for larger prizes.

    • Plan to save regularly and plan your spending needs.

    • Decide the difference between "needs" and "wants"
  • Find creative ways to EARN money
    • Household chores, mowing lawns, shoveling snow & babysitting are good starts!
  • Inflation effects our savings
    • Purchases may be more expensive in the future than they are now!
  • Get a head start
    • Learn from your parents good (and sometimes poor) spending habits.
